I find it odd that this company has been in business since 1996 and there is only one review, and it's negative. This firm is not accredited by the BBB. I concur with the previous comment. Would not recommend.

My first experience with this company has been extremely poor. They prepared taxes for my two companies and personal taxes for me and my wife. Three errors in the preparation resulted in the IRS contacting me to state that one of our incomes was never reported. It resulted in an interest that Lloyd and Comppany refused to pay. In addition their response was to just pay the bill. Caryn Lloyd admitted they made the error to my wife. When I asked who prepared the taxes she stated "a staff member, actually two staff members so there was some confusion during the handoff." When I asked her to pay the interest and refund part of my fee she refused.

I have never experienced this type of service from a CPA firm and have been doing business with other firms for more than 30 years. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. They do not stand behind their service.
