Believe me when I tell you I am being very generous with one star. The place is filthy and the owners are so incredibly rude. I went in today to get a gel fill. I am a nurse and unfortunately wash my hands so many times a day it’s to crazy to count.. I had three broken off, all of a sudden I look down and she thinks she is just gonna start popping nails off that are perfectly fine without even asking me. I go to leave and she tries to charge me for a whole set. You have seriously got to be kidding me. Please read and heed their reviews. I only wish I had of believed the reviews. This place is a waste of time and money!!!

I came here to try some other place to get my pedicure! It was terrible! First, they asked me if I would like to pay $23 or $30. I said well what is the difference? They said one does something different I wasn't sure. I went with the $23. He (whoever it was working Sunday at 1pm, started the water, I soaked, he pushed back my cuticles, scrub my feet for maybe 10 seconds, dried them, put lotion in my legs and rubbed the same spot for 1 to 2 minutes to the point it felt burnt from his gloves. Put the hot towel in them and painted. Then said thanks $23. Ugh! Their is not one other person waiting! Why not do your job! I will never return!

So I use to come to this place all the time because Jason and Helen did an awesome job and were really nice! I went to their other nail tech Lee and he usually does really good so I would ask for him! Well the last two times I have been he was extremely rude because he was in a rush because it was close to closing time! So this time I went in today an hour before closing time, just to get a polish change and mind you I had gel polish so you have to drill it off! Well Lee soaked both my hands in acetone (which is what is used to remove nail polish and acrylic) so that being said my acrlyic was down to nothing, my thumb nail broke off as he was filing it! And he still painted it! He didn't put two coats of the clear gel on like he should have because he was rushing! So they looked incredibly faded! I told him how I felt and he still charged me $20 for just a color change! Even with gel!! If you do go there ask for Helen or Jason! They are both awesome!
