the location is great and they had maintained well. the pool is nice and clean. the room is well furnished and maintained the food is tasty.

There is a reason the website to this hotel does not show photos. They are stuck in a time warp! Upon entering the property, you immediately feel that you are in the 60's. The odor that hits you as you enter the lobby is almost as bad as the decor. The flooring has never been updated it seems. We were not greeted by the valet or the employees at the front desk. There is no need to even consider staying here. The pools that they seem to mention so much are terrible as well. We planned on having our Thanksgiving meal here and were sadly disappointed. It seems that the only people that dine here are senior citizens. They tailor their food to that generation. There was not one item that my family and I enjoyed. We did enjoy laughing at the predicament we had gotten ourselves into at this hotel. Even the basics were overlooked. Their chandeliers were filthy. Napkins were dingy. Table cloths did not match. Wait staff was incompetent. Room service was even worse! Upon checkout we were not asked how we enjoyed our stay. Overall a terrible experience! Do not go here!

This is a great place for suburban conventions. They are very accommodating and the location is perfect.
