The company was established in 1971 as McDowell Aluminum by Bob McDowell. Starting out as a as a siding installation company, with Bob completing all the installations, as staff was added and expertise grew, additional remodeling services were added; initially window and door installations, then porches, sunrooms, and today McDowell, Inc. of St. Charles offers all types of remodeling including whole house remodels, kitchens, baths, lower level remodels, room additions as well as all types of siding installations, window & door replacements, and architectural enhancements on the exterior and interior of your home. McDowell's emphasis is on personalized client care, creative design and excellent workmanship.
