If you post an honest review you can be sure that this Company will send out their pit-bulls. It's not fair that a company try to make you suffer for bringing up the error of their business.... but it will happen. Let me explain 2 issues.1) bad information from the dive shop about offshore conditions last Sunday. 20-60 nautical miles is wayyyy different than 0-20 off shore. Both our contact and the dive store gave bad information that "created the whole issue". You don't tell someone that you're taking them 30 miles out with novice divers who are not allowed to dive below 110 feet because of their certification level. 30 miles out the water is 120-130' deep anybody who dives off Saint augustine knows this. I would dive in 2-3 with 10-15knot winds but I "would not" go on the boat after Ryan & Rob decided to be punks on the phone. 2) store policy is not explained or no store policy exists. Hopefully in the future they will discuss all the details with each diver. My final recommendation is learn from every experience how to improve your business and don't lash out so hard at those who highlight what went wrong. If you upset these guys they will retaliate & at the same time try to cover their butts!
