I admitted myself on September 10 I believe for alcohol only. I was depressed and had anxiety. My counselor, Tweety was wonderful! All the nurses were wonderful also. I learned from all the meetings and still follow the advice I was given. I stayed for 2 months. The said I was ready to go home and I was! Been sober 6 months with no meds or alcohol. Feeling wonderful and would recommend this to anyone. Now I’m interested in helping out there in St Augustine 😊😊

I went to this place for mental health and I had a overdose in the center. I had heart attack and in a coma for three days, I lost my hearing thanks to this place and I also have tinnitus in both ear thanks to lack of care at Spencer recovery or dr.paul by the bay. If you don't want to to die or your love once to to please don't send them to this place. They don't care about the patient at all only their only the money. Thanks to this place ruin my life and I won't be the happy person that used to be. They took Care of me.

What a joke, this is a awful place... the gal that works there has no clue to what a addict needs and has the attitude to say... as if you thought this would be easy... and said well if you really wanted to get clean. Yiu will have to tough it out the first day... who talks like that with a addict??? Total incompetence

A professional rehabilitation that will gives you a complete treatment that will help you to overcome addiction. I'm so thankful with them that their treatment really works for my brother. He is now finally got it off drugs. Thanks, Spencer!

This place really gives everything for patients’ successful recovery - gives all the attention needed for patients. They have so many great activities and programs that are such a big help for recovery.

This is the great rehab that I’ve experienced. They were very compassionate about helping their patients; providing needs and sharing good advises. I am so thankful to this center for making my brother change into a new person that we really wanted. If any of my family members needs help related to addiction. The doctors are very professional and caring; they made my recovery so much easier than I have expected because my mind is willing but my craving is so intense, but through their help everything is back to normal now. I would highly recommend.

The best thing about this place is that they know how to talk to sick people or they know how to handle people who lost interest in living. Like what they did my on my friend. It was not an easy task to talk to him, he always do weird things. Even his parents didnt know what to do. But not the professional counselors of Spencer Recovery Center. They know how to start and to end the process. They even gave us daily updates on the progress of the patient which is good because we will know that the patient is making good progress and recovering each day. Thanks Spencer Recovery Center.

I’ve paid a big cost for a rehab center near our residence. I’I wanted to say profanities here but I know it won’t help. Then I decided to be rehabbed again, this time at Spencer. Here, I able to realized the importance of life, my decisions affecting my life, and the people around me. That lessons that never taught to me in my previous center. Thought I was just paying them for my stay and food, like an apartment. But here at Spencer, I experienced a life changing encounter. I love the facility, very ordered. Staffs were very disciplined yet accommodating and polite. I never felt any instance that I never belong here because of their welcoming spirits! Now, am in the real world. Vices gone, had my organized life plan! A happy father and husband and a respected assistant manager. Thanks Spencer, for an unforgettable moment of experience! I wanted to go back there, but not an old, addict man, but a changed and testimony to others.
