Be very careful with them because they are not honest.First of all you have to give them your credit card information before they do any work.So they quoted me $289 for their work in my restaurant.They ended up charging my credit card $459 without my consent.I complaint to them with no result.Now I am in the process of dealing with my credit company to block this unauthorized charge.To make matters worth after 24 hours I had the same plumbing problem again.I told them and they said if they came back there would be another charge.Will never use them again.

We are very happy with Roto-Rooter of St. Augustine. They replaced the old plumbing in our kitchen and hallway, which was a fairly big job. They were on time, friendly, and it was easy to make a quick appointment. We liked that the owner did the estimate, and was willing to do what we wanted to make us happy. He sent several technicians, and they had a good attitude. We called 6 other plumbers and Roto-Rooter was the cheapest, there was no drama, and they didn't try to talk us into more than what we needed (we will do the rest of the plumbing at a later date). Defiantly add Roto-Rooter to the list of plumbers you get estimates from.
