Phil Cardella is a great instructor. Gi, no gi jiu jitsu or mixed martial arts, he has a wealth of experience and is a natural teacher. He is a 2nd degree Gracie jiu jitsu black belt who runs a good academy. I strongly recommend checking out his new place in St Augustine.

The head instructor at RGJJ St Augustine is a virtual encyclopedia of jiu jitsu knowledge. I've never asked a question about a technique or situation that he didn't have a answer for. Phil is very grounded in Relson's ideals being very competitive in MMA cirlces as well as sport BJJ tournaments. A great place to train.
