I'm writing today to tell you about my horrible experience at luvberry. I and my family of 6 were walking by your establishment on Wednesday (August 31) after a lovely day touring St. Augustine. A young man with brown hair asked us if we would like some ice cream (did not catch his name). Being a hot day and having 3 young kids craving one, we entered the store to purchase 3 vanilla ice creams in a bowl. We were the only ones there, so after paying for our ice creams a group of 8 people also walked in. The young man was on his way to scoop the ice cream for my children when he turned around to start helping the people who just came in. My husband told the fellow that he should first finish the transaction with us so we could be on our way, instead he grumbled "Can't you see I'm the only one here" and proceeded to let us wait for our ice cream. He then finished the 8 individual transactions with the other group and went to get the ice cream he still owed us. My husband told him again that good service is first finishing the transaction with us so we could be on our way. Instead we waited 15 minutes for the other group to make up their mind on what they wanted. As he was walking to the ice cream freezer he mumbled "F@#$ off" under his breath. My husband asked him to repeat himself and he said that he said nothing. My husband now agitated told him to repeat himself again and his response was " Do you want me to go slower cause I can" This experience at your establishment is absolutely disgusting. Is this how you treat tourists. I guess you're not looking for repeat customers but trust me word of mouth is very powerful. My recommendation to you is, know who you hire and train them well.....it's a tough economy out there and I don't foresee your business going anywhere with this type of service.

Love this place to death. Awesome fro-yo, awesome staff. Highly recommended.

EVERYTHING is top drawer!!! Great food, fresh lemonade, great service. Go see for yourself!!!
