This is a high priced lawn maintenance company hired for full service. The monthly rate is about double the std. rate for this area. I anticipated & hoped for a highly skilled team. Major concerns: (1) work team w/o manager doesn't have the expertise. (2) The office person is intermediary on all issues and has been unfailingly rude, abrupt, insulting & unprofessional. I terminated service following a shockingly inappropriate reply to my concern with the partial-month invoice; it was over the agreement amount. I do not recommend this company despite a hard-working and dedicated team manager.

Shovel got rid of my flea problem that I had been fighting with for a year. It only took a few visits and I haven't seen one flea in my yard or on my dogs. Great company, great service and great prices.
