They insured us for a few years through Travelers. When we needed to cancel the policy, they were unable to help and said, "Here's an 800 number we think will work." On my policy I found a number for Travelers that was different from what they gave me. They were always friendly but not too helpful when I needed their help.

I called to get a house insurance policy.The lady that answered the phone was so friendly and helpful.She was able to save me a lot on my policy while increasing my coverage.She also checked on my flood insurance and found that my home qualified for a lower rate that saved me over $300.Thankyou Great Florida
