Hello, we were very pleased with our floral arrangement. It was a gift from our children for our 30 year anniversary. The lilies and roses were so delightful they also lasted about 10 days which I thought was outstanding. Thank you. Janice

Unrecommended. Customer communicated order in choosing flowers, colors, vase, quantity, quality, delivery charges, and taxes. Customer spent a substantial amount of money and the return value was very disappointing. Overall rating and review is noted as unpleasant, lacking sufficient customer service and communication. Problem remains unresolved with no adjustment made in service or credit given.
