As said before, Tom is not the cheapest contractor, but seems dedicated to being active for years to come as the mfg rep for the products he uses. That could be invaluable for any warranty claim. Quite a bit of water damaged roofing had to be replaced, and some full out carpentry around the chimney was needed and done fairly well although there is a slight sag to the last four feet of roof line. Tom layed in 4 Tubular Skylight mounting flashings for me and I have had no leaks anywhere now for nearly two years. They certainly could have been far more conscientious while picking up old square padded nails from my carport and driveway. I found several of them the hard way.

I had contacted several roofers in the area, some returned my calls, some didn't, those that did gave me quotes, and Tom was NOT the least expensive. After Tom educated me on the possible reasons for the differences in pricing and what he promised to deliver, I trusted my instincts and the quality of work and services from Tom exceeded my expectations. He always showed up as scheduled, was very thorough with helping me understand my options and associated pricing, finished as planned, sent me pictures when the roof was done since I was out of town, and even months after the job was done, he's helping me straighten out my discounts with the insurance company for my roof! (Thanks Tom!) One more thing, my landscaper was shocked that he didn't see a signal nail or piece of trash from the roof being replaced. I highly recommend Tom and Eastcoast Quality Roofing. You'll get more than what you pay for!
