Wow! Worst experience ever. My first time here. Arrived few mins before my appointment & was seen 25 mins after my appointment time. My hairstylist didnt introduce herself to me or really say anything. Just "follow me". Very unproffesional. As she washed my hair I figured she was just there to wash my hair & not the actual stylist. I was wrong. She was rushing the haircut bc she was in the middle of coloring someone elses hair at the same time. So she was doing two peoples hair at once. Horrible. I told her several times im trying to grow my hair out & not to cut more than an inch but now my hair is at least three inches shorter. Not to mention the ladies hair she was coloring was about 60 & instead of strawberry blonde hair she had pink hair. She had the receptionist do part of my hair then came back to me touched up my hair took off the cape & was just like "ok" then walked away. Didnt show me the back of my hair or ask if im ok with the cut. Dont go here ever! Im sure all the 5 star reviews are written by the salon staff. All the other 1 star reviews were extremely accurate.

Candy was my stylist. She did the most amazing ombré color I have ever had. Everyone should go see her. I have never had someone do exactly like the picture before! I will be back time and time again. Thanks Candy!!!!

I went to confessions on a friends referral and can I say it was the best advice she ever gave me! I went one day to see Rebecca for a nail appointment thinking I would just have a normal pink and white set... I was so surprised whenbi saw all the girla nails also done by Rebecca! Some were normal pink and white but others bright colors with glitter! So now I am rocking a totally differnt look on my nails! After seeing how friendly the entire staff was I decided to go back and have my hair done later that week. This appoinment I saw Candy she was very knowledgeable and quick to help me find a style that would fit my busy schedule. After my cut and stlye I love it we didn't color but I will be returning soon to try highlights!

I had a great experience at Confessions Spa. Kerry was awesome. She is very stylish and took the time give me a cut and color that suits my type of hair. I love it! I would absolutely recommend confessions to anyone wanting a great hair style.

Highly recommend! I tried the new Color Gloss on my nails and pedicure with Rebecca and absolutely love it. Very similar to gel nails but seems to last longer and the application is quicker!

Love Confessions! They are so professional and the prices are very reasonable for spa services. I got a color and a new cut by Candy, and she did a phenomenal job!! She was very patient while I found the perfect picture of the cut I wanted. This was very important considering I was cutting about 6 inches off! The color was perfect, and knowing that I wear it up a lot, she used a coloring technique that you wouldn't be able to tell it was colored. When she was done she textured it in a way that it would fix easily and do what I wanted. She even explained to me how to get the desired style with my hair texture. I have never had someone cut it exactly like the picture, but she accomplished it. I went from an hour of styling my hair just for it to look unbrushed as soon as I walked outside, to 15 minutes and having the perfect hair all day. I have gotten so many compliments, and I refer everyone to her. I could go on forever about how much I love my new do! Don't be fooled by people who can't spell, they are AMAZING!!!

I had a coupon for coloring and hi-lites, deep condition, style, and brow wax. I thought it might be a good idea. It was aweful. The receptionists were extremely rude when I first walked in, not to mention my appointment was moved back 30 minutes with no warning. The hairstylist was very nice so I kept my hopes high. I told her very clearly I do NOT wany blonde hi-lites. I now have white streaks in my hair. The deep condition did absolutely nothing either. I also told her I do not want my hair cut short, bwcause I want to keep the length. Now my hair is two inches shorter. I have curly hair so that is a big difference. Then for the "style" my hair was very roughly blow dried. She ran out od time because she was late starting. I am vedy disappointed, and comoletelt embaressed about my hair. I will not be going back and highly recomend that you do not go there.

The color & the cut it's perfect. I have had so many people ask me who does my hair, and of course I let them know it's Kerri. When a woman feels pretty she is usually a nicer person. Thank you Kerri for making me look the best I have ever looked.

Got a terrible color job from confessions. People were even pointing out that it looked unprofessional. When I went back to confessions one of the girls told me "it wasn't that bad" ?! Then they wanted me to go to the same person, who did it wrong, to fix it. I'll never go back. I'd rather pay somone else to fix it right then to get another crappy job for free. Worst color experience of my life!

My new place for my beauty needs. On top of the fact that it's right around the corner from where I live, I find the prices to be very reasonable and the staff to be well trained. I use courtney for my hair but have also received waxings, pedicures and massages at this spa. Would like to eventually get a facial there or perhaps something else "new".

I would love to continue going here, I love the haircuts i get, but every time i make an apt. it's such an ordeal. Ive been cancelled on twice and had to wait anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes after my scheduled apt. to start. If they change their scheduling model, I might go back.

Awesome!!! I have been going to Erica Parker for all of my skincare needs and she is amazing. I started going right after the salon opened and I won't trust anyone else with my skin. I started getting adult acne and had no idea why. I suffered for about 18 months and couldn't get it under control even with a dermatologist. I found Erica and with her help I have been acne free for the last 4 months and she continues to monitor my progress. She is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding and never pushy. She only recommends products that work and is very honest. She also does my waxing and takes her time to listen to you regarding all your skin care needs. Her facials are relaxing and make you feel like you are in heaven. Go see Erica, you won't be disappointed!!

Wow. If you want a facial or anything to do with your skin and aging the only person to see in Saint Augustine is Erica Parker. I have had all kinds of treatments and facials since I have lived in St Augustine. She is the only Aesthetician that seems to know about different types of skin and how to treat certain issues that arise during the aging process. I only wish that I had known her when I was younger so we wouldn't have to deal with some of the issues that arise. She is very professional, kind, knowledgeable and not afraid to say she will reasearch somthing if she has not run across a skin issue. You can tell as you spend time with her that this is a passion with her and is very proud of what she does. She has told me to stay out of the sun when I have had peels, what I need to use to help prevent problems from coming back. She has researched many products, and now has an awesome line of products that you can purchase right at the shop and let me tell you they make a world of difference. Give Erica a shout. There is no one else that I will ever go to. She is my new hero!

I had my hair cut and colored by Jessica and I love it once again!!! I have been going to her for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! If you are looking for a new hair stylist I would definitely recommend Jessica at Confessions Salon & Spa!! Go see her, you will NOT be dissapointed!!

Courtney is a wonderful stylist with top notch skills. She gives me the exact color and cut I'm looking for or suggests a new style when I'm unsure of what I want. I trust her completely with my hair and always leave very satisfied! I've been seeing her for about 3 years now and have recommended her to all of my friends. We all agree that Courtney is the best!
