This is by far, the finest company that I have worked with in over 27 years. I own a small business and have done so for many years but I felt that I was falling behind my competitors because I don't understand anything about the "new" ways to do business. Frankly, I was losing my footing in the marketplace and needed fresh ideas. I was reluctant at first to contact "help" from a consultant but I have to say that Catalavro Concepts, Inc. (especially Gerald Catalano) has been a real asset to the growth and modernization of my company. They came in, presented their services, explained the pro's and con's of the expected results and charged me a fraction of what other computer/consultants charge. They did my website, handled all of my marketing materials and marketing strategies, created a list of things I needed to upgrade in my own time (rather than try to make an immediate sale), created a database for me to send emails and product announcements from, placed my products on eBay and Craig's List etc. and most importantly, they really presented the modern business world and it's challenges to me in an easy to understand sort of way. I can't say enough about this company and the results they create. I just wish they branched out into some sort of national franchise to allow more people to benefit from such expert work because from what I have seen locally (St. Augustine, FL) there aren't many companies that know what they are doing like Gerald Catalano does.
