I booked an appointment calling the 210 location, as this is the only location that I had previously had appointments. Was scheduled for an appointment at 1:15 pm with a different PA as the one I had seen did not have an openings. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early only to find out that the PA they had scheduled me with was at a different location. I was not made aware of this at the time of booking the appointment. The receptionist called to see if they would hold my appointment for the 15 minute drive time. They refused and the receptionist told me they could not see me at the location I was at for at least a month. Your receptionist was horribly rude and it was your staff's error in not informing me of the change of location. I will take my business elsewhere as well as any referrals going forward. Your staff needs proper training in scheduling and acquiring some manners when dealing with customers.

Great place. Very knowledgeable and friendly, professional staff. It was my first visit to a dermatologist in years and it was a breath of fresh air for sure.
