This is my primary dentist and yes, I don't live in St Augustine. We visit there several times a year and I have my dental work done while in town, specifically to see these guys. Work is done well, done quickly and they are much, much affordable than the dentist I have uses here. I have to say, finding a good dentist has been a bit of a challenge for me (I have had extensive work done with implants over the years) but I have no doubts that they will do what needs to be done, without trying to "upsell" me at every appointment. Highly recommended!

I just moved to St Aug & was very nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed as 3 were sideways & it was my first surgery ever. Dr. Nate was very thorough in my consultation, Joni & Melissa were very welcoming & I knew I had found my new Dentist office! I had a few questions prior to my surgery & Joni took my calls & was very helpful. The day of my surgery (yesterday) I was extremely nervous. When I arrived, they made sure I felt comfortable. Melissa was amazing, very personable & sweet during my appt. My fiancé waited for me in the lobby & they kept him updated during the procedure. He was floored by the incredible bed side manner they shown him & is still talking about how great they were. After the surgery, my face was not nearly as swollen as I assumed & I woke up today feeling great. I cannot believe how well my surgery went & how fast I felt back to normal. I owe it all to the staff at All About Smiles. Thank you guys so much for easing my nerves & making my experience so easy!

Everything was great. The dentist is very skilled, the atmosphere is amazing. Overall when I was going to this dentist I loved it. Then things happened. They charged me for missing my appointment without a 48 hour notice. This made me angry. I changed my dentist immediately. By doing so I was to discover that they unneccesarily had me scheduled for 2 extra cavities to be filled and my molar teeth to be pulled. My new dentist told me that my 2 cavities vere tiny and that if I flossed properly, they would dimineralize and everything would be ok. I wish All About Smiles would have told me that. Then my new dentist also told me that my molars were not out yet and that removing them immediately would cause complications with my root folicle because the molar of my roots was not compeltely formed. Instand he reccomended waiting a year. All About Smiles tried to urge me immediately into going under a serious surgery (which would involve cracking my jaw because my molars were not out yet) under complete anesthy for a few thousand bucks. I cannot belive that they are manipulating patients into going under surgieries and procedures that are not neccessary just to line their pockets with money. This is ILLEGAL. I completely agree with the review below.

I have not had good experiances with this dentist..My periodontist said they did a less than average cleaning, there were other procedures that were uncomfortable, and the billing was alwys a hassle, not for me..

I fisrt saw Dr. Marcia Nemecek around five years ago when I scheduled an emergency appointment to get a root canal. After my initial exam, she said she had a few treatment options for me to look at, and that she and I would choose the best one to fit my budget (I had insurance, but I was a full time student with a very limited income). In their office you can choose to be sedated and all of the work done at once, or to do all of the work over several appointments so I didn't have fork over a ton of money at once. I chose multiple appointments. At this time she said that she would work on ONLY the MOST SEVERE teeth first, and that the teeth that could stand some time would wait until I could afford to get them taken care of. She and her staff, 100% of the time, have tried to save as much money for me as humanly possible for every and any procedure I've had done! Also, Dr. Nemecek keeps me super relaxed by joking with me and her assistant during procedures, as I am umong the many who are terrified of any dentist! I also had bad headaches, and she makes many concessions for me and goes out of her way to keep me comfortable in that manner as well! Dr. Nemecek is hands down, the best dentist I have ever had! And to anyone who is afraid of the dentist, let her know about this ahead of time, and she will do her very best to keep you at ease!! She is very caring toward her patients, and as long as she practices in this area, I will never see anyone else!!!
PS. The review about the filling, I personally nor friends I know who go to her have had any problems what so ever with her work... That person probably didn't follow after care instructions for the filling!!! I have always done what she advises and, again, I have had absolutely NO problems with Dr. Nemecek, or her staff as a matter of fact!!!!

Do NOT schedule an appointment with this office. I have never had a cavity in my entire life, so you can imagine my surprise when I learned that after nearly 30 years I needed a filling. All About Smiles made my first filling a horrible and now unforgettable experience. I had to get the same tooth filled twice because it was done incorrectly the first time. Now I have taken my business elsewhere and find out that the SAME filling must be redone b/c decay has set in within less than a year! Ridiculous! Their incompetence will now cost me more money. Not to mention that within a year of attending their office I was told that I have 5 cavities. The business is a scam and all they want is your $. Stay Away!!
