If I could rate it higher I would. Mark was ever so friendly and courteous. He called when he was on his way and was very polite. Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed and fixed my washer. I loved his enthusiasm so much that I had him look at my dishwasher as well. Kudos to him for suggesting a cleaner vs repair/replacement. Mark at At Once Appliance is now stored in my contacts for future use and referrals. The only appliance repair shop that I will ever use again!

I needed a pump for my washer and had it was delivered in 3 days to me from At Once Appliance Repairs in St. Amant, LA 70774. I had trouble understanding how to install the pump, and a lady technician that works there explained in detail how to install it. I couldn't believe it a woman technician, and you could tell that she was experienced because she had me have it installed within 15 minutes after her instructions. It cost me less than a quarter of the price of any other repair company because I checked prices. I reccomend this company very highly, I live in Springboro, OH 45066. I would rate this company as high as I could for the simple reason that At Once Appliance is genuinely interested in helping people in need. I myself have been over to their store on Hwy 431 in St. Amant. I live in Prairieville. On 3 occasions I have traveled to their store and bought the parts that I needed to repair my appliances. I'm a single mother and I got to hand it to the lady technician Sandi, whereas on 3 different times she helped me. Not only helped me to chose the proper parts for my stove and my waterheater. She also " talked me through " told me how to take my dryer apart and fix it over the phone. I mean come on who helps like that. They do.The other two times she talked me through installing my own icemaker. I couldn't believe it another company wanted to charge me $384.00 to install an icemaker which cost about $150.00 including the icemaker, icebin and extra parts required. I may be a woman but I did the job within 60 minutes!! Really I had my icemaker connected and working fine ever since. Hey Sandi Thanks alot. You can be sure my friends know about you and your knowledged team At Once Appliance. I will be back if I have any other problems or need parts. Glad At Once is here locally. I am very pleased to know that I have a repair company " At Once Appliance Repair Co." that is close around where I live and can take care of all my appliances in home. I have a steady job and can't afford to be without my working appliances. I can count on this company for reliability and a fair price to repair any of my appliances at my home. We needed parts for our church's washing machine in a really bad way. At Once Appliance was the only company in a 7 state area to offer us a combination of fast service, quality parts, and a price we could feel blessed with. Kudos to Mr. Snider and his wonderful team of experts.

Execllent Company

My grandfather is disabled, and in very poor health, living almost in poverty. My grandfather called At Once Appliance Repair Company and told them the problem he was having with his washer. My grandfather also told them he was disabled and a senior, the people that work for At Once were very compassionate and caring people. They told him over the phone what was wrong with his washer and told my grandfather to get me to call them, that they would walk me through the repair over the phone to help our as much as they can. I did call as my grandfather requested, the Technician on the phone told me what to look for and how to test it. I did. They told me what part I needed and how to take the machine down and then remove the broken part and how to install the new part. They charged me or my grandfather a dime. These are the kindess people I have ever met. They are the only Repair company me, my friends and family will ever deal with. The are very honorable people, they love God.
