PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS SALON! They are so unprofessional.They need to adjust their attitude.They are not polite to their customers. I got my daughter hair braided at this salon,and it took 10 hrs to do medium boc braids. I was so disappointed.The shop is dirty.

Please do not go here if you want to have edges. Some of the staff here are unprofessional I overheard them speaking badly about the customers in their language. When I took I out my braids I wanted to cry my hair in the front and the back of my hair fell out. If you want to keep your edges go somewhere else.

They've been doing my hair since I came to NYC and I don't go anywhere else. I still have my edges so.... 4 yrs going to them I haven't been let down
