Joe & Carlos (CJ) were prompt, courteous & professional. This was very important as the previous two contractors I dealt with never even showed up. I would highly recommend My Tech Joe!

Terrible Service and Communication. Tech arrived to "diagnose" the issue. Then communicated he would need to check for the parts and would be back later in the day. I ended up calling him and he began to address an issue (that had nothing to do with my issue) then said he was confused who I was....needless to say my appliance is still broken and now unusable as he never returned. Avoid if possible.

Waste of the $75 service fee my home warranty company charged me. The technician was only here for 10 min and couldn't duplicate the issue, but told me he would come back if the washing machine failed again. Less than two days later it failed. I called the number on the receipt he left and left a voicemail and never heard back. Technician was also very slow to come and left doors open even though I had a cat and the weather was cold. I wouldn't let these people in my house again.

ALL of the above were fantastic! My Tech Joe's repairman, Randy, was exceptional. He was always on time, professional, friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and explained why and what he was doing when I asked. When one particular replacement part didn't seem quite adequate to resolve the problem, he took the initiative to coordinate with his office and arrange for a better, more suitable replacement part. He didn't have to do that, and we are very grateful for his taking this extra step. A hearty THANK YOU to both him and My Tech Joe!
