Won't take my dog anywhere else. The ladies here are so good to her it gives me peace of mind leaving her there all day knowing she'll be with people that love dogs. Haircuts are always well done and I bring her home smelling good and looking pretty! My Princess just loves Ms. Barbara.

I took my westie in for a groom and asked for a westie cut. What I got was a westie with all of the fur shaved off her back She looked like Mo on the three stooges. These women have no clue to what they doing. I now have to take her somewhere else and then still have to let it grow out. If you like your dog stay as far away from this place as you can get

When I called to check their hour and wanted to have my dogs nail trimmed. The lady on the phone was VERY rude. I have been trying to call for 2 days with no answer. The lady said she was there. I told her NOBODY answered the phone. Then she told me since they have no dogs coming in tomorrow, they are not going to open. What is the point of advertising "Walk-Ins" when they are not going to be there. She then told me that she was the only groomer in Saginaw. Well I found one closer to my house, on Boat Club Rd. (true not in Saginaw) Going by there today for the first time. Hopefully is will be a good visit.
