Excellent service. Very pleased and happy that a service like this is offered in our region. Without this good business, Items may never be repaired. Only disposed of which is a waste of resources.

Great company to work with on getting electronics repaired. Even microwaves!!! We have taken multiple devices in, and have been happy with each repair!

My 42" Panasonic Viera Plasma TV blacked out on me...no picture... A red light blinked on the TV 14 times indicating the possible problem....Google showed some board was defective...whatever. The TV is six years old, and I figured I'd just buy a new one. I investigated many choices and settled for the Sony - 43" Class (42.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV with High Dynamic Range - Black ....the best rated in that size ($700). The picture quality was fantastic when I sat directly in front of it. But the side angles were disappointing...a whitish hue prevailed and anyone sitting on the side would not enjoy their TV experience. What to do?...What to do? I took the Sony back to BestBuy, and took my old Plasma to Steve's TV, and gambled with having it repaired. Within 36 hours I received a call back that the repair job was complete.....and it works like it did when I first bought it....Fantastic!. Bottom line....it's worth getting your TV repaired....especially if you have a Plasma. Steve's TV is top shelf.

hey get 5 stars in my book. They proved that Samsung has good customer service and took care of my problem, accommodating me as fast as possible. They replaced the motherboard and the screen within 5 days. I give them all 5 stars .. thanks

Steve's Tv has been where I take my tv for the past 20 years. They have always had very good service.Been fast,friendly and very courteous. I wouldn't take my tv anywhere else. Very shocked to read such a review.

We were sent to Steves TV by our warranty service with Toshiba. They had to take our 52'' TV to the shop in order to do the necessary repairs. When they took the TV from our house it was placed in the back of a tv with only a sheet a rope to keep it in place (Very unprofessional packaging of our new TV). After the TV was gone for over a week, it was returned with damages. The base plate had several scuffs and scratches on it. When we contacted the managers to report this problem they denied it, then said the marks where already there. However, we have a receipt from when the TV was first picked up that there were NO DAMAGES on it. Steves TV refuses to replace the base of our TV and will not take responsibility for their mistake of damaging it. Go elsewhere or you may get your TV back in worse condition!!!!!!!!!
