I'm done doing business with this company. They sold me a lawn mower with a mulch kit installed and never gave me the blades and discharge chute that came with the standard mower. When I realized it and called them about it (albeit 3 years later) they said they had no reason to remove the standard discharge chute and therefore I would have to pay if I wanted one. My argument of course is that if they didn't have to remove it to install the chute, why would I have to remove it to mulch? And where are my standard blades? I'll buy my parts from someone else and will never do business with this company again.
