Provided by YP.comTheir machines aren't operating properly and they want to put the blame on the patients when the blood isn't flowing properly. They make excuses and threaten you with deferral if you complain. They need to be investigated and have every machine checked and calibrated. It's becoming a health hazard to everyone. I've heard complaints from several people, too.
