Bad service. Rude . Brought a dumpster to my home ordered by a contractor . Was put 2 feet from garage door was not able to park inside my garage . Job was supposed to to be completed in 3 days on a Friday which it was and pick up of dumpster also that day was scheduled . When I called to confirm pickup Billy's were rude and said they had no pick up at all scheduled for that day or any other day in Durand . But a dumpster with their name sets blocking my garage door . Was told if I wanted it picked up there would be a 175.00 cost for them to pick up because it was not scheduled and contractor had to call them personally. I was told by contractor that Billy's called earlier that day and said they would not be picking dumpster up and gave no reason or when they would be picking it up. ... Bad, and very rude office . Cold and not able to park my car in my Garage. I'm a single woman with physical disability. Don't do busy with them...
