We had a plugged kitchen sink drain. We called and they came within the hour! They were cheerful, knowledgeable, and had our problem solved quickly. The charge was reasonable for such prompt and efficient service.

Romero's Plumbing is a cash only business. I live out of town but have many rental houses in Safford and Thatcher. I called him to try out his service and willing to contract him out for all my rental houses. When it came to payment, he mentioned cash or nothing, mumbled something and hung up. He lost my business. I wonder if Uncle Sam knows about his cash only business?

i was having issues with my washer machine backing up in to my first bathroom tub look on line for a plummer and found romero pluming and he came over with in 10min he was quick to trouble shoot my issue used commercial hevy duty snake and unclogged my issue use him befor for a gas leak as well n is very helpful and has all the tools he need on sight thx chucky romero

Do not hire this guy, I repeat, do not hire this guy for anything. He overcharges for everything, ( almost 3x what anyone else would ) absolutely outrageous prices, and then does'nt really know what he's doing. Does'nt have enough tools, charges to fetch tools and parts he needs at his hourly rate, in fact charges you per hour after he starts the job nomatter what he's doing, and whether he's there or not. The money clock ticks the moment you say OK ! I won't go into any more details other than I was very disappointed and oh by the way, the problem he was supposed to have fixed reappeared the following day. What a waste of money. Don't give it to this guy, you'll be sorry.
