Worst option out of many bad ones. Please stay far far away. Most unprofessional and uncaring "therapeutic" organization I have ever experienced. Most staff members should probably be clients for various reasons, including appearing to be in constant chaos and unable to cope with their own daily anxiety, let alone helping the people in the community that actually need assistance with behavioral health disorders. Does not coordinate well with stakeholders and is uncooperative when working with other professionals. DRC's or Case Managers speak poorly of their clients and mock them during difficult times in the clients lives. I would reach out to the state and give more details in a grievance however I do not believe that anything would really change, ACTS would just put yet another band aide over a large gaping wound.
