I signed My contract with Yancey Company and the General Contractor Garrett Greenberg was the one that helped me. He explained everything in detail which made me feel very comfortable doing business with this company. 3 days after I signed my contract, something came up and I couldn’t come up with the money to finish my sunroom project and I ended up have to cancel it. Garrett was very helpful, he truly understands my situation which I am really appreciated. I truly recommend it to my family and friends if they ever need the service. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a business. They are very misleading in what to expect. There was very little oversight by the project manager. We had to over see every detail otherwise our floor tile would be on our shower wall. When we met the salesman to review the bid it was like buying a used car. We should have listened to our gut. High end prices with low end service. Very disappointed and will not recommend or use them again.

Everyone I dealt with at the Yancey Company was a perfect 10!. We live on retirement income and spend our money wisely and are very happy with our decision to hire Yancey Company for our Patio Cover project. Thank you, and all your employees.
