My experience is identical to Chris C. I was quoted $2812 and the final price was Over $4000. The movers arrived an hour late and did not have tools and borrowed them from neighbors. The movers also broke the flooring in my newly sold home and claimed that it was already broken.

My items were delivered on time however everything was broken or damaged. My 2014 motorcycle is now inoperable and has multiple scratches. My Sony TV is cracked, my kitchen glasses were shattered. Marble is chipped, table broken and all wood on bed, server, and dressers and chipped and or scratched.



After all the damages and broken items the third party management company Anthem (NOT an Insurance company) sent a letter suggesting Viper pays $186 for my damages. I've contacted Viper and now I am getting the run around and being lied to about staff names. Apparently there are several staff members with the same name (ALEX) but different job titles.

I have not been reimbursed for the repairs I had to pay for after Viper movers ripped up my flooring due to carelessness.

Save yourself the trouble... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They aren't BBB approved for a GOOD reason!

I’ve called several time to speak to an owner or manager and was given the run around.

I wish I could give NO star rating for Viper moving and storage. (Also known as Grizzly)



Bait and Switch. Remember that before thinking about using them.



I moved cross country from California in late May.

They provided me a quote of $3,975.00 and day of packing, they bilked me for an additional $3,600.00!



Oh but that's not the end of the story. Viper does not hire experienced movers or packers. When they delivered my stuff, the driver hired 3 guys from a craigslist add. The driver was embarrassingly rude! They transferred my stuff from a 26' moving truck, then loaded it on a semi trailer with 2 other households. The driver refused to bring my stuff to my house, not because he couldn't (which he claimed, but because he was lazy! I had to rent 2 u-haul trucks and meet the driver at a Walmart parking lot to offload and load onto these 2 u- hauls.



I have multiple chipped, scratched and broken furniture. I'm missing a television, a bass guitar a box of comic books (worth thousands). I detest this company and have filed a claim towards their unprofessionalism and my missing stuff. And also, at least half of my plastic bins (which were securely taped up, were opened, rummaged through, and who else knows what I'm missing!



These are material things yes, possibly could replace in years of collecting, however this company and any company affiliated with them are not trustworthy with your valuables



I was even delivered someone else's furniture! (I still have it, so if you're missing something, contact me, I have the inventory stickers for these items and will get them back to you.



Viper moving and storage is a shady company. No class, no values and no ethics.



I will post on every site I possibly can to get the word out. Legal actions are in process and I pray this company pays more than monetarily and shuts down
