new website is not any better than old one .why are not all parts on the site only the high doller stuff for example .put in simply (valve covers )no part found realy! then when i found them . no cheapys . come on !

High priced , Customer service is not impressive and the prices on the part are not what they sometimes charge you

I don't like writing negative reviews, but it is important to warn others of this business. Tognotti's has the worst service of any store I've been to. This isn't based on a one time purchase. I've gone in a number of times in need of help ordering parts. BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER PARTS HERE. SUMMIT HAS EVERYTHING, AND SHIPS TO SACRAMENTO NEXT DAY FOR FREE!!!! Dealing with the one person in the "special order" department is horrible. I called to get the ETA on a part I ordered, and she snarled "WE'LL CALL YOU WHEN IT GETS HERE!" and hung up. Customers are treated like enemies here.
