With my grandson crawling soon, I really needed my carpets cleaned. Was so happy to have James do the job. He was on time, professional and friendly, and really enjoys what he does. Office staff is also helpful. I'll be scheduling another visit to clean tile/grout!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. James offered some wonderful suggestions to help me maintain my carpet. I am a repeat customer who will continue to use their services. I've used others, but James and The Specialists have always left behind a more clean carpet that dried much quicker than any other service provider that I've seen. They are really exceptionally good and have very high standards for their work. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Their attention to detail was excellent, they were prompt and on time, they had a quick dry process and they didn't create a mess or overwet the carpet, they didn't bang up or knick the paint off our walls with their cleaning tools, they were careful around items of furniture while cleaning, and they used pet & baby safe products. On top of all that they are very nice people!

Wonderful service! Friendly people, but most importantly, they respected our home and were able to get the spots out of our carpets that had been there for years. Will definitely refer them to friends or anyone looking to have their carpets really clean!

What a true blessing it was to have James from 'The Specialists' clean for me today! My carpet is over ten years old (with four boys) and needed one last chance before guests arrive on Saturday. He worked around my difficult schedule and always had cheer in his voice and a smile on his face. Needless to say...all evidence of my kitty and teenage boys were removed and my guests will appreciate that for sure! Can't wait to have my tile and grout done next! I have used James and Joy for 2-3 years now and they have never performed less than perfect in quality and customer service. With 4 children (3 boys) and a dog, our carpets take quite a beating. After The Specialists are finished cleaning, they always look (and smell!) as good as the day we moved in. James always takes special care to protect your walls and furniture from the hoses scuffing them. He always wears shoe covers to protect your floors. If I ever have a spill, I can always call them for advice on how to treat the spill quickly and then they will come out and clean it professionally. I refer them to all my friends and neighbors.
