I called The Pool Guys because my large in ground pool had turned green. I spoke to the office manager, Connie, and explained my problem. She very kindly contacted Frank right away and he came by my home within the hour. He examined my pool and equipment and advised me that the pool pump was broken which is why the pool was green. Frank recommended that I replace my outdated, noisy, energy wasting pool equipment rather than just replacing the motor in the pump. He spent quite a bit of time explaining that newer energy efficient equipment would save me money in the long run and also be quieter and work better in keeping the pool clean.

Frank's prices are fair as I called a few other companies and their prices were around the same for a new pump and filter with installation.

I called Frank back on Tuesday, he came by that Thursday with his professional installer and installed the new equipment. Frank also brought my green pool back to blue again at no additional charge without draining the pool.

Our pool has never looked as good as it goes right now - the water is clear and blue, and we hardly hear the new pump running.

We are very happy with our new pool equipment and with the wonderful service we received from Frank and Connie at the Pool Guys and will be using this company for weekly pool service.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of service on their pool. Frank is a real professional who really knows pools.

My old pool filter was leaking and I needed to get it replaced fast. I contacted close to 10 companies for a price and schedule to do the required work. Frank Woods contacted me immediately after receiving my request and followed up with a written proposal the day after. His pricing was the best of all proposals and he said he could do the work the next day. I took a few days to decide what to do and then gave Frank a call to take him upon his offer. True to his word, they came out the next day at 7am and by 9am I already had a new filter. Now my pool is as good as new! Frank really knows the meaning of customer service and by doing so, he earned my business for all my future pool needs!

I highly reccomend this company. I was introduced to them on Sunday I was walking through the El k Grove Western Festival. After explaning my issue I was offered a free estimate. They arrived promptly three days later and fixed it free of charge. WOW I am forever grateful.

I have been with The Pool Guy for over 5 years and have ABSOLUTELY NO complaints! They have been WONDERFUL!!! I can list at least 4 different examples that make this company exceptional but that would be waaaay too much typing. Just know that they have been a true blessing during some unforeseen circumstances and I can't imagine having a pool without The Pool Guys. A great big thank you to the pool guys for providing such excellent service over the years.

They cancelled my service without a 30 day notice.

They said I owed money, but would not provide fax invoice of payments to prove it.

They did not return my calls.

They made false claims of reason for cancellation. They blamed my daughter in a phone call with secretary, however the letter claimed it was my dog. Which one was it? They need to get their facts straight.
