In theory and history, this sounds like an awsome company. Unfortunately in our case and in the case of others I know, it has not always followed through with this historical focus. Search Protect Dentists on facebook and see the story. Very unfortunate. Our entire case should have been subrogated and easy, yet we were denied replacement of vital damaged equipment and remediation of mold caused by water damage from the above office suite. They did however replace all of the most durable of equipment, the doctors and assistants chairs. Very interesting.... Complaints have been filed with NAIC in 2010 in CA and 2013 in PA and AZ against TDIC. Very sad for a company that is founded by dentists and owned by the CDA, professing that "protecting dentists is all we do."
