Crooked as a dog's leg! After being burned a couple of times at Sunshine Steel Enterprises in Sacramento, I actually went down there with an official from the County of Sacramento, undercover! The county official brought an accurate, quality scale to my garage and we weighed everything carefully and logged the weights. We went undercover twice, not more that a year age and got burned in every or almost every category of metal which we brought.The metals included: aluminum, stainless steel, insulated copper wire, zinc, or diecast, steel, and perhaps, lead. So, I KNOW they are dishonest, no guess work. These are not people to be trusted. The guy down there actually took a piece of nice stainless steel from my pile and put it in with the regular steel claiming it was low grade stainless (even though that pay you only for the lowest grade ss no matter what you bring in!.
