Pretty good company to get your inspections done with! I appreciate all the work they put into it and Chrisa was very patient with me. I can be a very hard person to deal with at times. I can honestly say this company isn’t the cheapest out there but the service provided was excellent! Chrisa emailed me a sample report which was very detailed, received a follow up call and email. I had my inspection completed on Thursday and received report Friday morning. Thank you

Called in a few weeks ago and spoke with Yvonne, I told her i needed my pest guy to come out and knock down the wasp nests on my eaves, Yvonne asked me what times i water my lawn, and then told me that wasps stay near a water source due to dehydration, she informed me to change my watering times to help with the wasp issues.

She also made sure to schedule my tech to come out with in the next few days to knock down the existing wasp nest. I have changed my watering times and have not much wasp activity,

I have been a long-term customer of North American Home Services while I lived in Sacramento. My family recently moved to Elk Grove and in the disorder of the move had not begun a new contract with NAHS. But NAHS was the first company I thought of when I discovered fleas in my yard from my neighbor's dogs. Not only did NAHS provide a same day appointment, their technician Ryan was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He understood our concerns about our young daughter and explained everything in a kind and understanding way. I am so relieved to have NAHS working to protect my home.
