Great Customer Service



I bought granite for my new kitchen here earlier this year. I had a great experience. Theresa and here staff were very helpful. My wife and I spent several hours picking out our pieces. The staff was eager to help once we made our minds up. The prices are much cheaper then the big box stores but in line with other granite wholesale places. The difference to me was the amount of choices and the customer service. I will purchase product here again in the future. I'm sorry I didn't get this posted sooner.

What I thought was going to be a fun and exciting experience turned into a nightmare. The Owner's of L & U Granite are the rudest people with the worst customer service. We asked for our money back and walked out. They also talk their own language amongst themselves while talking English to me. I feel as though that is rude. Good news is found granite for half the price they were charging me.

Truly impressed! Fabulous assortment of granite. Really nice! Very helpful. Never went over 20-30 minutes without them asking if they could help us. When we were ready, they were too! Best of all, they had the best selection for the absolute best price in our area. Can't ask for much more than that! Would definitely recommend them to anybody. As a side note, I am very picky!!!!

We drove 40 minutes on Saturday to check out some granite slabs. Arrived at 2:40 pm, thinking we had a nice chunk of time to scope out their stock. Website states they are open until 3:30 pm on Saturdays. Upon arrival, the owners/workers informed us and another couple who also drove in from out of town that they were closing in 5 minutes b/c of the holiday weekend. However, we were invited to come back on Monday (Labor Day) to look at their selection. Does that make sense? Closing early for the holiday weekend (no sign in front of the store of the change in hours) but they will be open on the actual holiday? After we told them that we came in from out of town, they said, "Fine, you have 5 minutes to look." They thought they were doing us a favor, and turned on ONE light in the dark warehouse. We ran around trying to look at as much as we could. We were so frustrated. Needless to say, they will NOT be the recipient of our business, valued at thousands of $.
