Jeremy came out right away for my 730PM call, he worked for three hours to get my house cool so my husband, myself and young kids could get a decent night sleep. Jeremy knew his stuff and explained everything to us! Highly recommend!

We found Jaguar after wanting a second opinion after another company came out to figure out why our AC wouldn't work and treated me so rudely. There was no way I was going to give that company my business after the way he talked to me. And a $1000 job no less! Jaguar came out for FREE to evaluate the problem. They were professional, courteous and found the real issue quick (not what first company said it was, they wanted to drain our whole unit) and fixed it on the spot. Which happened to be about $700 cheaper. When winter rolled around our heater wouldn't work so we called them again. Again, they came out for free, found right away the problem (gas wasn't on - something we think the first company turn off because neither my husband or I touched it) and they went on their way. They have been great and would call or refer them again in a heartbeat.

Great team, perfect service, expert knowledge. Phones were answered right away, expert called right back, Scott installed it perfectly! All around, everyone was great!!

The technician, Mustafa just left my home. I had a problem with heat not coming on. He came out the very next day after my call. He gave me a small window of arrival. Called me 30 minutes before his arrival. He was very polite and helpful, clean cut, nice truck and best of all he fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. I was surprised that the charge was so low. Super servcie and an over all great experience!

You were heaven sent, you answered my questions and put my mind at ease, and finished the job long before the timeframe the others had given me, not to mention that you went to bat for me with the Trane distributor.



Not only did you beat the price of what the others quoted me, you made our transaction go smoothly, conveniently and easy. You have no idea, I had talked to 3 other Air Conditioning Contractors who were not co-operative, very abrasive and non-negotiable, nobody would go to bat for me, it was a take it or leave it attitude.



One told me my warranty had expired and if I had not called the distributor myself to get the truth, I would have paid full price for all parts and labor. He did not negotiate with them or go to bat for me, he came back to me and said, “Sorry your warranty expired, the five year warranty is measured from when the equipment is made, not from when it is installed.” The full price was going to be $780 for parts and $450 for labor. I was so upset, almost to tears, I called the manufacturer direct, they told me, I am fully covered, the warranty is five years from when the unit is installed.



I fully trust you and will never do business with anyone else for my Central Heating and Air conditioning unit.
