My grandmother's heater went out on a VERY cold winter day. She called someone randomly out of the yellow pages who came out- told her she needed to replace her entire system for $12,000 and if she did it immediately he would only charge her $11,000 (to prevent her from getting a second opinion).



Following family's advice, my grandmother got a second opinion. Heald Mechanical came highly recommended by close friends who have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They are a local family business.



She called Heald, spoke to someone on the phone who was very personable and friendly. They sent someone out immediately which was appreciated in such cold weather.



Heald Mechanical spend hours at my grandma's cleaning out her system, replacing parts and repairing her current system. They stayed to make sure everything was running properly. They provided SUPERB customer service making my grandma feel confident and ultimately WARM again :). They were reasonable priced & it's good to know not everyone out there would take advantage of someone in desperate need of service.



If you are looking for quality TRUSTWORTHY service I would go with Heald Mechanical. If there were 10 stars... I would give them 10 stars.

I had this company recommended to me after I had a different company come out. The first company wanted to sell me new equipment. Bryon came out and replaced a part that cost around 30 bucks. Was very pleased with his service and manners.
