The installers just left... my kitchen is transformed! So beautiful. First of all, the people at Granite Outlet are wonderful. My salesperson was named Be. She handled the transaction professionally and was easy to work with. And the granite! OMG, the granite is so beautiful. One of the great benefits of buying from Granite Outlet is that after you make your choice from the sample walls, you get to go out on the floor and choose the actual slabs for your kitchen. Today was installation day. The two young men who came knew exactly what they were doing. I asked one of them how long he'd been doing this work and he said 15 years. The seams are perfect, the overhang is perfect, the holes he drilled in the granite for the faucet, etc. are perfect. The "movement" in the granite pattern is just beautiful. I'm very pleased. I'll definitely go to them when I remodel my bathrooms, and I'm recommending them to my friends. Great job, Granite Outlet! Thank you so much.

My service experience was good, after a bit of waiting. Good prices are what I'm after, rather than a salesperson holding my hand. As it happens, I not only got an excellent deal on my granite, but also was helped by a patient, kind young lady who made sure I found what I needed. I highly recommend this place.

Great pricing. Good selection. I've done two kitchens and two laundry rooms. Will do again when the next project rolls around.

They have a great selection of marble, granite, and quartz. The sales rep was very knowledgeable when I asked for a quote to have the slab custom cut.

My parents are in the middle of re-doing their kitchen, and I came here with my mom to help her look for granite for their counter tops. They have a huge selection of granite, quartz, plus kitchen sinks and bathroom shelves and so much more! They are very reasonably priced and have so many different options to choose from. Plus, they have items on clearance, as well as items on sale. Outside, they have a lot of samples that you can take home, which really helps narrow things down. Staff was friendly when we had questions.

recently upgraded my kitchen, at first I was a bit worried of coming to this place from reading other review on yelp. But decided to give them a shot anyways. I'm glad I did my kitchen now looks great and on a budget. The installer was good with all cuts and seams looks great. will definitely come back for the kitchen island. installer also double checked with us before installing the slabs to make sure we were ok with the slabs(pattern on the granite).

Great experience start to finish, go with precise drawings and you'll have no problem. All the employees were helpful and courteous and the installers did a great job. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. You can't beat the price either!

I don't write reviews often, but I had to make an exception in this case. I was absolutely blown away by the service I received at the Granite Outlet on Trade Center Drive in Rancho Cordova. I was looking for two large slabs of marble and one of quartz. We asked one of the warehouse guys (Tyler) some questions as we didn't really know where to start. I don't think we have ever received such thorough service. He asked us questions about our project, he patiently showed us options, he explained details of the different materials, he even helped us identify blemishes and color differences in the slabs we showed interest in. He also suggested that we might run by their sister store on Mills Station Road to see other options, which we did. Afterwards, we returned to see Tyler to ask more questions. Even though he was on his lunch break, he took the time to help us out with our many questions. He really took an interest in the details of our project, and that was especially useful to us. Tyler held a few slabs for us until the next day so that we could coordinate with our contractor. When we called in the next day, Tyler and his co-worker Janet, were extremely helpful making sure that the materials listed on the invoice were exactly as we ordered, and that the pricing was accurate. The service that I received from Tyler and Janet was truly exemplary. I will absolutely be doing business with the Granite Outlet again, and not just because of the great service...but their prices are hard to beat. I highly recommend doing business with these folks.

We had a good experience at the Granite Outlet in Rancho Cordova. I suggest getting there early and weekdays are best! You can use Sunday to scope things out but half the crew means waiting! Stew helped us through the process and most importantly got great quality at half the price of others in Sacramento!

Our home just hit 20 years old and had the old granite square counters; brown too, bleh...At any rate, we have been looking to update our kitchen for a while and visited several other granite places in the area all of which were really expensive. We needed 2 slabs and were quoted anywhere from $6-$14k for the entire job; seriously....So at the advice of our contractor, we went to the Granite Outlet to compare prices and products. I initially wanted marble but was quickly talked out of that by the staff as they explained to me that marble is very porous and prone to staining, so it is not the recommended material for a kitchen. We settled on a beautiful slab called Arctic White which looks so good in our kitchen, I can't even stand it!! The granite is already prefabricated which is literally a blessing in itself because bull-nosing granite is extremely expensive if a raw slab is purchased and has to be revised. All these slabs are finished, so literally all that has to be done is for them to be cut to length and installed. The employees here were very knowledgeable about their products and extremely helpful. They knew that our intention was to brighten up a dark space and showed us literally every slab they had in the lighter colors; score! What is even better is that the total cost for materials, for them to cut to size and fabricate and install was less than $3k!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCORE!!!!!! The representatives who came to our home could have not been nicer or more professional. They worked diligently all day long; made sure everything was perfect, completely cleaned up their mess as the cutting was done in our driveway and made sure we were pleased with the work before they left. I am thoroughly impressed with these guys and highly recommend them. We have a custom home pushing 1 mil in the foothills, so the work needs to be done properly and professionally to maintain resale value and these guys solved this problem for us. A++++++++++++ all the way to the bank! Highly recommend.

Went with my contractor, picked out several different granites from the sample pieces, then proceeded to the floor to look at the slabs, my contractor found a guy to help us immediately. I narrowed it down to 3 choices, went to desk to price them, then went back to floor to pick out the slab I wanted we found another employee to help right away, checking out was just as quick. I think we were there about an hr. We went on a Monday so that may have made a difference in how quick it was. I have never shopped for granite before, I was impressed at the selections and the prices, the piece I picked was on Clearance for $170 for a 9 foot slab. I thought I got a great deal and my contractor agreed. I can't wait to see how it looks once its installed in my bathrooms.

I'm building a new home a couple hours from Sacramento and we don't have much to pick from when it comes to prefabricated granite, so my builder gave permission to pick something in Sacramento. Granite Outlet isn't the place to go if you're looking for someone to hold your hand while you pick, but they're quite willing to help when approached. They even stayed for a while after closing (I believe it was a manager or an owner helping me after the others went home) to let me pick my slabs that day.

Granite outlet has the best prices around for pre-fabricated countertops. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating to pull and find colors and slabs to fit our budget and needs. If your looking for quartz as well The Granite Outlet III has the most options. I've used them for two kitchen remodels and two bathroom and referred to many friends & family and all have always been happy. You can save ALOT of money by picking your own slabs and finding a guy who just does install. be sure to have your installer pick them up Though as slabs are insanely heavy!!!

We got three quotes, and the Granite Outlet price was 1/2 the price of buying the granite from a tile store and hiring a separate fabricator for installation. On top of that, the service and workmanship was top notch. We were very impressed with the installation. I recommend highly Granite Outlet.

Granite outlet was referred to me by some relatives that are contractors. Not only is the granite gorgeous, the fabrication was very well done! I would definitely use them again.

We received very good service and if they said they were coming, they came. Remember that this is an outlet not a full service, high end shop, so you're not going to get the help and hand holding you might in the other places. That's the down side. The up side is their product is excellent and they do great work for right about 1/6th of the cost other places. We had a quote, from Costco no less, for $14,000 for our counters and all in with granite outlet, we spent around $2,500. We forgot to order the windowsill, so they had to come back, but Mai squeezed us in and said they would be here on a certain day after 2 pm. They got very held up on another job, but still showed up at 8:30 pm and put it in! I would got back for any job I have.

So happy with the service we received from Granite Outlet. I'm not sure why the reviews are hit or miss. We walked in and were immediately helped. We told the man working the counter what our budget was and he showed us everything in our price range and patiently waited as we took our time - even close to closing. We rented an A-frame very affordably to transport the granite and they even helped us strap it down when we weren't sure how to. Will be back again soon for granite in our bathrooms.

I went here to look for granite or nice marble. I found some amazing marble that I am in love with. The price point is amazing for what you get. They also provide free samples which a lot of places do not do now of days. They will cut your marble as long as you have a template. I'm fine looking around and not needing my hand held so I was content with them not bugging me. I'm an adult and know what i like and can decide what I don't like so I appreciated the space. They did ask if I needed help when I walked in though. So I really hope when I get the marble it's just as beautiful and cut perfect for my new counter top.

This is the best place to choose and purchase your granite! It started with our kitchen and now they just finished our bathroom tub shower surround. Their install teams are fabulous and they always go the extra mile!! Don't hesitate for a moment

Amazing prices on beautiful granite. If you subcontract through them, competitive pricing on installers. After a mishap, Granite Outlet made it RIGHT and I had no issues with them at all. They worked with the contractors searched and found a great piece that flowed better. Even though the project was delayed it still has super fast compared to other companies given timelines. Tip: Make sure you oversee yourself to make sure seams are placed in inconspicuous areas.
