I tried calling other mini pod comany's and got an automatic answering service. Not with Mini Pods, a live person answers the phone and then answers all your questions. Eva is a delight. Great customer service. You schedule your delivery date and 24 hours before she calls to make sure everything is still a go. Tells you the name of the driver arriving. He came and it was another excellent experience. I felt very comfortable having him take the pod when it was filled. He even called me the morning of (I was no longer living on the premise) and wanted to ask me about the extra blankets...well I used all of them and I was so touched that he called me. I highly recommend this company.. They are all about customer service!!

I work at in water/mold restoration. We often need to remove and store our customers contents while their residence is being restored. I've felt with just about every storage option available, most of them have comparable products and prices, but the personal attention and customer care Go Mini's brought to the table was unprecedented. There aren't enough words to describe how nice it is to have a reliable option I can call on anytime and not have to worry about a thing. They bring their "A" game every time.

Oh My gosh what a huge difference going with this company. First EVA is amazing. You get personal service with her. She calls you back quickly answers your questions and then follows up right before the delivery day and then right after to make sure everything went well. Then there is the Pod deliverer HE was so nice and helpful. I believe his name was Paul! I would absolutely use them again and have been telling all my friends about this company. They know how to deliver customer service!!! They get a A+ from me!!

I have dealt with the owner of GoMinis three years now. I found them to be good people, hard workers and they put customers first. I would recommend them to individuals or a business who have a storage need.
