ryan was a great help, he demonstrates professionalism and courtesy and was help in finding me the best option he never seemed rushed at all and I never felt any pressure type of sales I knew my unit was old but was looking for service like his to give my business once I dealt with Gilmore and ryan I was sold on the fact that they would get the job. I highly recommend Gilmore heating and solar if you need this type of service and will point my friends to them all the time they still believe in customers service when they answer the phone they ask how they can make me smile and they sure did and I will when my new ac unit is installed.
