Horrible service! My property management called them out and after repeatedly not being able to schedule an appointment (due to work schedules, kids schedules etc) I finally called last minute and scheduled an appointment the next day. He came out and told me he wouldn't be able to work on the chimney because we had a fire the night before...no big deal i thought i just rescheduled. Months later my property management charges me a service fee for them having to come out and not be able to do the work. When i called Chim chimney to dispute this, she said "oh we tell all of our customers that they can not have a fire 2 days in advance to the appointment...(note how she said 2 days in advance) I told her i was never told that and considering that i made the appointment the DAY before that this wasn't a possibility. She told me she would check my file and get back to me. She called back an hour later and said "yes we tell all our customers that they can not have a fire the NIGHT before work" ummmm change your story much based on my facts!!! Crappy service and wasn't even willing to admit their mistake! Because of there mistake i am stuck paying for a service fee that i should never have been charged. Especially considering that it wasn't a cheap service fee and it hurt our monthly income having to pay it i don't feel like they are good quality business. I also dealt with Karla :(

On a side note don't ever facebook them because they will just delete your comment if its a complaint on them like they just did to me....says alot right there...... not an honest business

Great Company.. ask for Stephen W Amazing Service Very Clean Fast and extremely professional.
After years of poor drying stephen showed up on time and very nice. He quickly cleaned and Inspected my dryer
Made a few adjustments and the next day a load that would of normally took 2 hrs took 30 min.
I highly recommend this company and stephen. Cost less and did better job than 3 other companys.

The actual cost of the service was 1/3 of the estimate I got over the phone, which was the best price of the 3-4 companies that provided the service I needed. The tech was on time and left the area as clean as it was before he came, even helping me adjust a screen.

Great company. The office made my appointment when convenient for me, worker showed up on time and cleaned my dirty dryer vent completely. I'm recommending them to all my friends!!

I had already had an appliance company out and my dryer vent was partially clogged. I called Chim Chimney and they were on time, did a great job (1/2 a big bucket of lint from my vent) and were just really great to deal with. I'm referring them to all of my friends. Great Service!
