Very expensive for the service. No parking available it's super packed. Tenants have lots of cars. Management have too many reserved parking spaces

Very dirty. Management are rude and unprofessional. No parking available. All visitors are always taken by tenants. There's no control over how many cars a tenant can have. Management and employees are allowed to 2 parking assigned to them. They don't have their tenants car info. They raised our rent again plus utilities it's too much money for their bad service

Horrible, noisy, no parking and cockroach infested. They've raised rent nearly $100, yet it's still the same gross apartments. Neighbors are loud and messy. Constant screaming from children. I can't wait to move out.

Parking is an issue here. Rent keeps going up.$120 more Water,trash bill is very high $70 a month. Not recommended

I love Cedar Ridge Apartments, Its a affordable place to live, I have no complaints, the staff is always friendly and they always take care of any concerns I come across i would recommend all my family and friends to come and live here.

ive lived here at cedar ridge for about a month now and its pretty quiet the neighbors are nice the kids playing doesnt bother me at all but on our first night here we noticed cocaroaches! the other day we noticed termites! and the fire extiguisher is missing n the fire alams DO NOT WORK!

Hello my name is Robert! I have lived here at Cedar Ridge for a few months now and I think its awesome! Management is great & they have great security so my son can play in a safe environment! This place is very good! I have lived here at Cedar Ridge for a few months now and I'm really happy here. I heard that this place wasn't that good before but I wanted to see for myself. I could see that Management cares about there tenants and that they really cleaned up the property so I applied and I'm happy that I did. We have 24hr security and we can call at any time we need them. I feel very safe here. Thank you Cedar Ridge for providing a safe place for me to live!

I would say that this is one of the most quiet and clean apartment complexes on Mack Rd. I personally love sitting in my balcony and just enjoying the peace and quiet which is hard to find here in South Sacramento. The staff is also very nice

as a tenant i would say the worst place ever.no respect for neighbours at all.poor service.kids playing ball in the parking lot till late night.cars being stolen.complains not taken seriously at all.
