Clean friendly shop and employees, very professional and did a great job on my daughters tattoo!! Definitely recommend them

I've gotten my nose pierced twice there. People there are very friendly! I definitely recommend going there!

Great place for piercings. They use clean new needles every time. They help you stay calm while doing it. The artist drawings looked great even though that was not what we went in there for.

This is a terrible place. They are unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. The person I was scheduled to work with-Jacob- was completely disrespectful and childish. We had scheduled the appointment about a week in advance and had given him a deposit to tattoo 3 people. He not only forgot about our appointment and wasn't prepared he insulted us and attempted to put us down. We asked for our money back and left gracefully and after telling him he had no right to be rude to us. This dude was ridiculous and the rest of the staff weren't doing anything to correct the situation either. I have tattoos from places all over Sacramento and there are MANY better options.

I went here, to get my nose pierced. They charged 40 bucks, which is a bit up there, but I paid it anyway. Angel the piercer did well, but I thought the jewel on the stud she put in was a bit small. Two days later, I woke to find that my skin had healed over the jewel. So i went back and told her the problem. She apologized several times, and said that she would replace the ring for free. but the only ring that she thought would work was several sized bigger than the original ring. So, she had gauged it. Which hurt like a B**ch. . . but she got the ring through. But it was very short. and a couple days later I had to go back AGAIN, because while I was asleep, the skin on the inside of my nose had grown over the end of the ring and was pushing it out. But this time, I was helped by a man, but I cant remember his name lol

He was very professional and very nice and replced the ring yet again for free. This time i have a captive ring in my nose so theres no fear of it getting rejected again lol

Overll, it was alot of work going back and forth, but EVERYONE the was very nice, very professional and did whatever they could to make me happy. Im definately going back.
