I've used them for the last time, always pay more than the quote, and I always have to wait around for them to show up, they said about 2:00 and it was the middle of the next day before they showed up. I can't run my business this way, why should I let them get away with it?

They say one thing when ordering on the phone then beleive it's 'OK' to provide an invoice that wa 240% MORE than quoted. No 'overage' fees are quoted but they are certainly charged!
