This company has always done a great job for me. I had one of the larger companies at first, but they did not have the customer service that Aptive does. I found myself constantly trying to get ahold of the other company to get someone out to spray at my house! Not with Aptive. They call right back. Or they text me within 24 hours! I recommend them also because they use better chemicals. The bugs actually stopped coming in my garage, and when they did die, it was out in the yard. Yeah, I cannot say enough about the service and the treatments I have had at my house. No more roaches! No more mice!!

Jamal was very detailed and went above and beyond! This guy needs to be promoted to manager! All of your staff should copy him and follow his lead.

Robert Jacobs was nice, courteous, polite, patient with me, very informative and very professional. Offered glue boards which no one before had offered and it was greatly appreciated.

Always notified by Aptive a few days before scheduled appointment. On my scheduled appointment day, the service technician, Bradley Taylor, also called to let me know he was on his way. He also informed me that Aptive’s service includes removing wasp nests, which was good to know. I have been extremely happy with Aptive’s wonderful and timely service and friendly and knowledgeable technicians.

Robert Hernandez. Did a fantastic job in our home! He was VERY thorough, there's no doubt in mind that he did the job right. He asked if I have any issues with any other insects. I highly recommend him and wish he serviced my property every time. Thank you Robert!

David came out to my house for my initial appointment. He was on time, and kept in good contact with me about what he was going to be doing for the first appointment, and what time he would be there.
My house is very old and when I inherited it, you can see clearly it hasn't has proper upkeep in a while. David worked so hard at clearing the areas he was going to be working in, and finished up in a very timely manner. He was so professional, and kind. I will be referring family and friends for all their pest control needs, and I'm looking forward to my contours relationship with this company.

Devin was very professional and went above and beyond. I showed up to my house and he was about to leave and he asked me if I needed service inside. I would have given him 5 stars, however he was out of power spray insecticde and used the backpack sprayer instead. I prefer the technicians using a power sprayer for treatment around the foundation of my home. Thank you Devin!

A very personable young man came by to sign us up. This company is strong on ensuring the customer knows exactly what they are signing up for. Today was my initial service. When the technician arrived, he took the time to explain exactly what the service would cover. They are efficient and your pets can go outside approximately 20 minutes after the service. Kyle completed today's service. So far so good.

Aptive has been the best pest control service I’ve ever had. Will continue to do so for a very long time

Aptive has been servicing my home for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier. I typically don’t talk to solicitors, but the young man who signed me up was so nice and professional and the service guys have not disappointed. I plan on using Aptive for a long time.
