My experience with this company as far as the billing process /customer service skills has certainly been a disservice to me as a consumer. They made unauthorized charges to my credit card and when I called to question the charges all I got were verbal attacks from Justin. He said he had recorded conversations where I authorized the other charges and when I asked to hear them he refused. He also threatened to put me in collections and a lein against my home!!! Next time I'll be more careful when giving out my credit card information to a company.
