Cosi was once a cool, hip little cafe with a warm decor tthat was open late with a bar on one side for casual gatherings - a perfect compliment to the town of Rye. It's now evolved into an institutional franchise with continually degrading service from cashiers who should take Barrista training at Starbucks across the street and management who seem to constantly be on hand watching but never improving the overall quality. We've had a pretty consistent error rate on about 1 out of every 3 call in orders. Then they started closing an hour earlier at 9, but to make matters worse, I just called in at 8:31 and they refused to make me a tuna melt, claiming that they don't do melts within 30 minutes of closing. Meatballs were put away. Soup was put away, "We pretty much only offer salads at this time". You'd think with Panera Bread's lame 8pm closing time only a few miles away, that they would want the business, but I guess they don't Also, the number listed is wrong
