I have to say there are some people who have reviewed here who are so wrong, I think they have this place mixed up with another facility, or they are outright lying! I have used RVCSC for a long time and I have been in the building on many occasions, and even during the busiest times that place is spotless and VERY clean. I have used them for routine appointments as well as several emergencies and every time the place was clean, smelled clean, and my animals were treated kindly. I was very happy every time. They have taken us in the middle of the night and been waiting for me at the door. They have taken me when they were super busy to help my sick puppy. They have dealt with my dog being rotten towards them, and still pet her and talked her down like she wasn’t being a brat at all, and never once lost patience even when she thrashed around and kept knocking things out of their hand. I really think DR.Kim and DR.Rob are amazing people to work with and I have always been very happy with the care my animals have received. They have never done any less than their absolute best, and what more can you ask for? It’s a good feeling to feel like your vet is there for you 24/7 holidays included, and they will handle any situation with kindness and professionalism. I highly reccomend them and feel that there is nothing they can’t handle and that they will always treat you good and do their very best! I have used 3 other vets in the area, and I left all of them before I found this place because I felt they did a poor job, or they weren’t there for me when I needed them the most. I left one vet because they didn’t have time to see my dying dog, and I left another place because they wouldn’t see my cat after I drove all the way there, simply because they were closing in an hour and they wanted to leave on time and felt that they couldn’t deal with my cats injured leg before they got to close for the day!! I can personally promise those things will never happen here!

dont waste your time with this backwoods vet and his group or nothing techs. i wont ever take my dog there again.

The last statement is Ludicrous. I have been bringing my animals to this clinic for 25 years. I have been to many a Veterinary office is my time who have smells so bad, I cant stomach to stay in there.

This clinic has always been neat, clean, & free of animals odors and even hair! It also has the most wondefrul staff consistantly. From serious surgeries to the most heart breaking decison to let your pet go, the staff is so caring & understanding. They have respected my wishes, given advise and been patient with me for every treatment and appointment.

Ive had to use the after hours emergency service on a number of occasions & there is not anything else I could ask of this facility or staff and My pets are family.

On that last post I have to feel someone had ulterior motives.

On a ski trip this week, our puppy suddenly got very sick. We called and they took us in when we arrived, evaluated him right away, gave us care options and stabilized him. We chose leaving him in their care in their 24/7 facility, got our contact info and gave us a number to call at the facility to check in. They called the next morning, as promised, and he is recovering well. We are so grateful for their kindness and emergency care, and strongly recommend them.

I have been breeding dogs for over 40 years and I feel blessed, yes blessed, to have This beautiful clinic and the most caring staff I have ever dealt with here. When I ave need help in an emergency the Doctors have gone out of their way to be there and to give my pets the best most compassionate care possible. When I asked for help for a friend who needed help for her dying dog and whose on vet couldn't find he time Dr. MacPherson made time to help her. I have never seen the clinic building or grounds anything but spotless. This practice could not be better!

Smelly and dirty. Do not bring your pet here even as a last resort. mistreated our dog,ripped us off.
