We also perform free termite inspections with a home inspection. We cover the north half of NJ.I worked in the real estate construction industry from 1974 to 1994. In 1995 I felt the need for a change and decided to put my experience to work in a related field. I thought, what better than home inspections. I decided not to leave the construction field entirely for the next couple of years and incorporated home inspections into my work week. After performing both services for two years I was receiving so much praise as an inspector that I quit the construction field entirely. My 22 years of construction paid off. I have now performed over 11,500 home inspections since my first home inspection 23 years ago. My ability to inspect and evaluate a home properly has sustained me through the real estate market crash when many inspection companies went out of business. I have once again expanded my field by becoming a real estate agent in 2011. The three occupations I have discussed has given me more experience than most others in the inspection and real estate fields.
